Shipping Policy
At Jagz Inspired, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within United Kingdom. We are proud to partner with Royal Mail to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. We use tracked 48 shipping method which usually takes 2-3 business days. Please consider the time needed for order processing, packaging, and shipping. While we strive to process and ship your orders promptly, there may be unforeseen circumstances that can cause delays in shipping. We take great care to ensure timely processing and shipment of your orders. Jagz Inspired cannot be held responsible for delays that occur once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Shipping delays can be caused by a variety of external factors, including but not limited to:
Bank Holiday/Christmas Period
Royal Mail Strike
Weather conditions
Transportation issues
High order volumes during peak periods
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Goods
At Jagz Inspired, we prioritise your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost, please follow these steps:
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jagzinspired.co.uk. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Lost Items: If you have not received your order within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@jagzinspired.co.uk with your order number.
Upon receiving your report, we will:
Review the details and assess the situation.
If the item is damaged, we may request additional information or photos.
For lost items, we may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Return Policy
You have 14 business days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions listed below:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Certain items, such as sale items, or personalised products, are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping fees for the return are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
